eigene Der WACC (excl Tax-Shield) sind ein gewichteter Mischzinssatz aus Eigenkapitalkosten und Fremdkapitalkosten, wobei der Steuervorteil der Fremdfinanzierung nicht im Zinssatz sondern im Cash-Flow (TCF) berücksichtigt wird. Die Gewichtung erfolgt nach der Eigen- und Fremdkapitalquote. *)
